I was blown away by the level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail at this hotel. the complimentary bottle of water at night was a small touch that really made me feel valued as a guest. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the electric kettle made it easy to enjoy a hot beverage whenever I pleased. the free toiletries provided were of high quality and the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice added luxury. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of comfort and convenience offered by this hotel.
